1952 Hetchins Magnum Opus, 22 1/2"

Time for this amazing bike to go to someone who will ride and enjoy it.... A top-of-the-range Magnum Opus from Hetchins, circa 1952 with period components in excellent condition, (if you don't know who Hetchins are, this isn't the bike for you).... The green enamel has a light crazing which adds to the charm, & has been stable for years.
22 1/2" seat tube CTT, 23" top tube CTC, made of Reynolds 531 tubing, frame number R24416, head tube length 145mm, 10-speed wide ratio gearing, Campagnolo Strada 170mm cranks, Campagnolo pedals, Campagnolo Nuovo Record mechs front & rear, Campagnolo down-tube shifters, Campagnolo Brev Inter brakes operated by Campagnolo levers, Brooks Professional saddle on a Campagnolo seatpost, Cinelli 'Tour of Britain' bars on the most beautiful 'Cinelli' badged steel stem you've ever seen, JALCO 27" rims on stainless butted spokes with Campagnolo large flanged hubs, Panracer Pasala tyres in very good condition, and SKS mudguards, plus and a period AVA pump to top it off.
