A delightful 'curly' Hetchins Vade Mecum frame & forks, not built up since being refinished by Bob Jackson's last year (in the original colour), couple of minor storage chips if you look VERY carefully, round fork blades, frame number (rear stay & fork steerer) H25387, 21 1/2" seat tube CTC, 22" top tube CTC, 112mm head tube, 110mm rear stay spacing, original headbadge.
