54cm Kestrel 4000, (early carbon)

A lovely Kestrel 4000 looking for a new home. This was a revolutionary bike when it was released in 1987 - the world's first all-carbon composite bike frame. It's in good condition, but does have a couple of cosmetic marks, (see last photoo). 
54cm seat tube CTT, 54cm top tube, 120mm head tube, 14-speed, 700C wheels, Shimano 600 tricolour groupset, (chainset, rear mech, front mech, brake levers, sidepull brake callipers, hubs, headset), Shimano 600 down-tube shifters, (SIS/friction), San Marco saddle on a carbon seatpost, Ritchey bars on a Ritchey stem, Mavic GP4 sprint (tubular) rims, stainless steeel spokes, test rides welcome at our Bicester stockroom.
