Unique Hetchins Super Special Frames - 23"

This pair of Hetchins Superspecial (later Nulli Secundus) frames were purchased in July/August 1948, and I understand that their consecutive serial numbers makes them a unique pair, (48324*/48324*). They are both 23" frames with 23" top tubes, but one made for 27" wheels, the other for 26" wheels, (the ideal wedding present for the couple who have everything)? The frames were both restored to the highest standard in 2001 and have not been built up since. I have documentary records of the two owners they have had since they were purchased.
